This role offers many diverse opportunities with both clinic care, inpatient coverage as well as block days for Cath lab procedures. Partners with administration and staff to support strategic and operational plans. Works collaboratively toward needed improvements. This position is well supported, both administratively and organizationally, and housed in a dynamic work environment.xc2xa0 Compensation: $600k base pay. $65K Sign-on bonus. Expected compensation with production pay projected betweenxc2xa0xc2xa0$900,000-1,200,000 per year.xc2xa0 Eligible for an annualxc2xa0 $10k physician incentive quality metric bonus. Schedule: M-F outpatient clinic.xc2xa0 STEMI call – variable night/weekend and holiday call. 7 weeks ATO, 2 weeks CMExc2xa0 Patient Panel: Outpatient setting offering patients short and long-term management of heart-related conditions.
